Established in 2005 as a wholly owned subsidiary* of the Deutsche Bank Group, DKS provides accounting, reporting, profit and loss, cost, reconciliation, MIS, risk control, information technology and operations services (including confirmations and settlements) to internal businesses worldwide.Based in the Philippines, DKS taps significant potential across the region. We employ more than 1900 professionals. Operated independently from Deutsche Bank’s domestic Philippines banking business, DKS is a global service centre of the highest calibre. We support clients across the globe, across businesses, asset classes and through complete back-office life cycle of trade.
Service Delivery is executed through production lines under the three business divisions: Finance, Global Business Services and Information Technology. Service Excellence is ensured through overarching Infrastructure group covering finance, human resources, learning and development, facilities management, technology infrastructure, local governance, relationship management, change management, audit and internal compliance.
