Root certificate
The Deutsche Bank root certificates can be authenticated with the following fingerprints:

Certificates of Deutsche Bank employees
Deutsche Bank issues certificates to owners of Deutsche Bank Group e-mail addresses, especially to its employees.
If you need such a certificate, e.g. for sending encrypted e-mails to Deutsche Bank, simply ask the recipient to send you a signed e-mail.

In the terminology of the EU Directive 1999/93/EG and the German Electronic Signature Act dated 2001-05-16, all certificates issued are "advanced".
Status information
Certificates can be revoked to prevent abuse. Information on the status (revoked / non-revoked) of Deutsche Bank secure e-mail certificates is published daily in a certificate revocation list (CRL).
In the case that you use the e-mail client of your browser and the CRL is not automatically installed, or in the case that you use an external e-mail client, please save the list with the right mouse button and install it manually.

Many e-mail programs can as a rule download this revocation list automatically. You may have to give the above URLs.
Approved certification authorities
If you have a digital certificate from one of the CAs in the list of approved CAs (available in the download section on the right), you can exchange secure e-mails directly with Deutsche Bank. The list contains the most important commercial CAs and the members of the

If you have a certificate from an authority not included in the list, please contact your communication partner at Deutsche Bank.
