This lets us send bank notices, account statements, securities documents and credit card transaction statements automatically to your online banking postbox. All documents are stored there for an unlimited period of time so you can read your bank documents whenever and wherever you want.
Three steps to a digital postbox
Activate online banking
Access to Deutsche Bank online banking is required to log in and use the digital postbox.
Activate digital postbox
After logging in to Deutsche Bank online banking, simply go to “Postbox”. Open your digital postbox with a TAN the first time you use it.
For account connections of legal entities: After logging into Deutsche Bank Online Banking, go to the “Services“ tab at the top, then select the Online SelfService “Activate Mailbox" under “Miscellaneous" and follow the description. Please note: Only managing directors, persons with power of attorney, or members of the board who represent your company alone are allowed to activate the digital mailbox.
Use with just one click
In the future, you will also be able to use your digital postbox without a TAN with just one click. To do this, you need to tick the box “Trust this device in future”. However, this is only recommended for trusted devices. In the Deutsche Bank app, you only need to authenticate yourself once with a TAN.
