Your Deutsche Bank telephone banking was updated on 25 May 2025. For you or your authorised representative, that means that entering your access data will change in the future. Each telephone banking user will specify their own new telephone banking PIN.
How to access telephone banking since 25 May 2025

You can still reach Deutsche Bank telephone banking as usual on +49 69 910-10000.
New: Your 12-digit telephone banking ID
In future, you will first be askedin telephone banking to enter your 12-digit telephone banking ID (e.g. 123 1234567 01). The ID is made up of your branch number (3 digits) + account number (7 digits) + authorised user number (2 digits). If you are the only person with access to your account, the authorised user number following the update will be: 01.
New: Your 6-digit PIN
The first time you dial in after 25 May 2025, you authenticate yourself as usual using your 5-digit PIN. The voice computer will then ask you to enter a new 6-digit PIN. Our tip: think about a secure sequence in advance (more on this under 'security').
Security information
- Never disclose your telephone banking PIN and do not pass it on to third parties.
- Never note your telephone banking PIN on written orders.
- If you suspect that an unauthorised person might know your telephone banking PIN, change it immediately.
- Deutsche Bank will never call you through a voice computer. Likewise, Deutsche Bank employees will never ask you for your full telephone banking PIN.
- When scanning QR codes, check whether the Internet address shown is correct before opening it in the browser.
