The mobileTAN procedure
is being discontinued

in August 2025

The mobileTAN procedure is ending in August 2025.

To be able to use photoTAN, you will need an activation letter.

You should ideally use your photoTAN procedure for your next online order.

The security procedure for online banking is being upgraded

Please use the photoTAN procedure to confirm transfers and other orders in online banking or in the Deutsche Bank app.

Have you only used mobileTAN as a security procedure up to now?

Then please order your activation letter for the photoTAN procedure now in online banking.

Do you already have an active photoTAN procedure?

Ideally, you should confirm your next order directly in online banking with photoTAN. This will give you the certainty that you can access your accounts even without a mobileTAN.

Even if you use online banking for several branch/account numbers, one activated photoTAN procedure is sufficient. You can use mobileTAN for other branch/account numbers until August 2025. When mobileTAN is discontinued, your activated photoTAN procedure will then be valid for all your branch/account numbers in online banking.
