Statement of assets / Assets overview
In the statement of assets, you have the choice of different views that control the presentation of different securities data/information in this area. You select these views of your assets using the three tabs Standard, Detail and Purchase. In all three views, you can see your statement of assets at any time by selecting the date. A calendar function is available for this purpose. The earliest possible date depends on the date that data was transferred into the system or the date your account/securities account was opened.
In addition, you can classify your assets according to different criteria using the dropdown options provided (structure, economic area, economic area (detail), industry-sector and currency). The function "use filter" provides you with additional filter criteria for each type of classification to restrict the information displayed. For example, in the classification structure, you can set filter criteria such as liquidity, bond, stocks, etc. If you use a filter, this is indicated by the filter active notice. You can deactivate the filters that have been set with the function change filter.
All totals rows can be opened and closed by clicking with the mouse on the symbol on the left (- or +). The same function can also be activated at the end of the presentation with additional options.
Valuation prices that are older than seven calendar days because of missing price quotations are marked with an asterisk (*) and a footnote.
Clicking on the underlined designation of a security opens a data sheet, if one is available, with the most important market information on that security.
If there are many entries, a scroll bar for browsing appears on the right next to the table.
The contents of the different views can be printed directly either by using the print icon in the upper right of the display or the text link at the end of the presentation.
Statement of assets - Standard
This view provides you with an overview of the assets in your portfolio. Valuations are given at market prices, usually with a 15 minute delay. In addition, there is a graphic display of the allocation of the assets according to the classification selected.
Statement of assets - Detail
This view shows you more detailed information on the assets in your portfolio. Clicking on the underlined holding of the corresponding security shows a list of sales of that security.
Statement of assets – Purchase Price
This view shows you more detailed information on the assets in your portfolio, including average purchase prices and profits or losses. The average purchase price of the securities and the average purchase price of the currencies corresponds to the weighted average prices of each position. The profits or losses displayed refer to those average purchase prices.
If necessary, the quality of the average purchase price of the security is indicated using one of the following numbers:
- The average purchase price was influenced by a capital measure.
- The average purchase price was influenced by a deposit transfer.
- The average purchase price was changed manually.
- The average purchase price corresponds to the valuation price of December 31, 1998, or was influenced by this price.
PDF printout and CSV download
In each view of the statement of assets, you can download the data in CSV format using either the CSV icon on the upper right or by clicking on the text link at the end of the presentation. The contents of this file are based on the quantity of information in the Average Purchase Price view. A PDF can also be printed out in the same way, but only for the Detail and Average Purchase Price views. This PDF printout is based on the content of the view and classification currently selected.
