Your password for paydirekt requires a length between 8 and 20 characters. Characters of all the following groups must be used:

• Upper case letters A-Z – without umlauts ,

• Lowercase letters a-z – without umlauts or „ß“,

• Digits 0-9,

• Special characters: @ # $ % & - . _ ! ?
  

Go to "Change password" and enter the new password. After confirmation with a TAN, your paydirekt access is reactivated.
