After logging in, you find a list of so-called direct entries in the left-hand column. These links bring you directly to the most used functions of the db OnlineBanking. If you do not have a securities account, the securities functions are not displayed.

Simply click on the name of the credit card, the account, the securities account or the db Bausparvertrag to see the corresponding transaction display.

You can adjust the display of your accounts, credit cards, securities accounts and building and loan contracts according to your own requirements. Choose the entry "Costumize your financial overview" from the selection menu at the bottom of the page. Then click on the "Select" button.

You can also change these settings on the "Your personal settings" page. This page is found under the "Service / Options" tab.

The best way to print out or save your financial overview is to click on the function symbol in the upper right-hand corner.

All functions offered there are always repeated at the bottom of the page.

Please note that the print function is only displayed if your browser supports JavaScript and permits the execution of JavaScript.

Otherwise, you can also use the print function of your browser.

With the Finance Planner Multi Banking, you can display third-party bank products in your Deutsche Bank online banking account.

Accounts of other banks and financial institutions can be added by entering the respective access details. The same applies for loans, credit cards, securities accounts and PayPal.

You can see your total assets as well as the balances and transactions from other banks and financial service providers (such as PayPal, Miles & More credit card, etc.).

You can easily add products from other banks using the "Add products" link in the "Multi Banking Products" table at the bottom of the financial overview.

A window opens in which you can search for your bank or financial service provider by entering the name, bank code or BIC. Click on "continue" to proceed to the next screen.

On the following page you will be asked to enter the access details for your third-party account (see the tips on the right-hand side).
If you have not previously enrolled in the Finance Planner tool, you will be prompted to select whether you would like to use the Finance Planner Multi Banking for private or business purposes (this determines the categories for how your transactions will be sorted in the Finance Planner).
Finally, you will be asked to accept the terms & conditions (you can view them as a pdf in German only).
After clicking on "continue", the Finance Planner Multi Banking connects to the specified third-party institution and provides the requested information to your Deutsche Bank Online Banking.

In the third step, you can select the products you want to add.

To connect to your PayPal account you need special PayPal access details. Your email address and password are unfortunately not sufficient. You must log in to your PayPal account and request an API authorization. Further information can be found here.

In an overview graphic, you can view all balances at a glance: both those of Deutsche Bank and those of third-party institutions - including the total balance across all your accounts.

With one click ("change view") you can minimize the overview. By clicking on one of the bars in the graph, you can jump directly to the Multi Banking Products table.
Use the "Add more products" link to add more accounts if required.
Please note that a maximum of 12 financial institutions or financial products can be shown in the overview graph (however, more can be shown in the tabular overview).
The tabular overview of Multi Banking products contains all the products you have successfully added, as well as further information on them (e. g. balance and holder) and editing options (e.g. save, change or delete PIN/password, delete product). You can view them by clicking on the details icon on the far right of the product line (circle with arrow pointing downwards) and then selecting the corresponding link.

The total balance is the sum of all credit balances minus debit balances. For the better clarity, this calculation does not take into account the balances of mortgage lending, insurance contracts and foreign currency products.

Please note that the total balance is calculated from the balances on the last update date of the individual products. These may vary depending on when you last updated your third-party products. By resynchronizing your third-party products, you increase the actuality of the total balance.

An added third-party product can be updated by clicking the "Refresh" icon (round arrow) at the end of the product's row in the financial overview. To perform the synchronization, you must enter your access details (if not saved).

If you have more than one product under one bank account, all products will always be synchronized in parallel to this bank account.

You also have the option of activating the update for all products by clicking on "Update all" (alternatively click on "Update status" in the overview graph).
After a successful update, the time under "last updated" will be adjusted.

You can save your PIN or password in the Multi Banking table directly when you add an institution (only the corresponding check mark must be ticked), when synchronizing the data (tick the corresponding check mark) or by using the "Save Pin" function. Here you can also delete or change your PIN or password at any time.
Once the data has been saved, we retrieve the latest updates from your third-party institution on a nightly basis. If new transactions are available, you will see a blue balloon next to your account.

Click on the details icon on the far right of the product line (circle with arrow pointing downwards) and then click on the pen beside the product name. A Input box opens where you can type in the wanted name. Please click on the checkmark to confirm the change.

If you click on the desired account (blue font) you will be shown the transactions on the Planner’s transaction page. You can also reach this page via the "Planner" tab.
en“.In the Finance Planner, your transactions are automatically categorized (e. g. according to "insurance" or "lifestyle") and included in the analysis.

The transactions for loans and the line items of securities accounts are not displayed in the Planner. Loans transactions are displayed under "Multi Banking transactions" and securities account line items in the “Securities account overview”. You can access these pages also by clicking on the corresponding product in the financial overview.

To deactivate the MultiBanking, open the "Planner" and select the submenu "Settings". Then select the tab "Deactivate Finance Planner Multi Banking" to complete the deactivation. Please note that all Multi Banking products, including transactions, will be deleted from your DB Online Banking with immediate effect. The categories, rules and savings goals you created in the Finance Planner will also be deleted.
