Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on sustainability-related disclosures – also known as the Disclosure Regulation – prescribes new transparency obligations with a view to sustainability criteria and sustainability risks. It requires, among other things, disclosures on participants websites regarding products that consider e.g. environmental or social characteristics, and also regarding the company.
