PSD2 Statistics

Statistics on KPIs allow you to compare the daily performance and availability between the dedicated interface (API) and client online access channels.


According to Article 32 (4) of supplementing Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2) and as set out in EBA Guidelines on the conditions to benefit from an exemption from the contingency mechanism under Article 33(6) of Regulation (EU) 2018/389 (RTS on SCA & CSC), quarterly statistics on the availability and performance of the dedicated interface and all PSD2 relevant client online channels respectively will be published on this page


The set of indicators (KPI) has been defined by EBA. The calculation rationale has been introduced by NISP in order to establish comparability between the performance & availability of the dedicated interface and the client online channels.


Each regional client online access channel is compared to the dedicated interface (API) independently. Hence the KPIs on the dedicated interface will be calculated based on the approached region, too.
